It's Okay To Stay® Program Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions describe how the It's Okay To Stay® online program is delivered by Idit Sharoni LLC d/b/a Relationship Experts ("the Company," "we," or "us"). They are made available as a general reference for prospective and enrolled participants. The binding terms of enrollment are presented to participants at the time of registration and accepted as part of the checkout process.

Programs Covered

These Terms apply to both tiers of the It's Okay To Stay® online program:

  • It's Okay To Stay® Basic ("Basic Program")
  • It's Okay To Stay® Signature ("Signature Program")

Together, the two tiers are referred to as "the Program." Most sections below apply to both tiers. Sections that apply to only one tier are clearly labeled.

Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms are read together with the Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If anything in those policies conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control.

Nature of the Program

The Program provides education and information. Nothing about a participant's enrollment in the Program creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship with the Company.

The content of the Program, and any interactions with instructors, coaches, consultants, or other Company representatives, is educational and is not mental health treatment, marriage and family therapy, psychotherapy, counseling, or professional advice.

Participation does not create a therapist-client, counselor-client, or other professional mental health treatment relationship between a participant and the Company, its owners, employees, contractors, coaches, or instructors, regardless of any professional licenses any of those individuals may hold. Instructors and coaches, even if licensed professionals, act solely in an educational and coaching capacity and not within the scope of any professional license. The Program does not include diagnosis, treatment plans, clinical assessments, therapeutic intervention, or clinical recordkeeping.

Mental Health and Medical Disclaimer

The Program is educational only. It is not a substitute for marriage and family therapy, psychotherapy, or medication under the care of a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or physician. The Program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe for any mental health or medical condition.

For any medical or psychological condition, physical symptoms, or disorders, participants should always consult a qualified physician, licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or other appropriate health care professional.

Online, telephone, or virtual interactions provided as part of the Program may not be appropriate for anyone experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts or ideation, or any other harmful or life-threatening situation. Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional services elsewhere — including contacting emergency services, calling 911, reaching out to a crisis hotline, or going to a hospital emergency room — when those situations arise.

Program Suitability and Emotional Risk

The Program addresses emotionally sensitive topics related to relationships, betrayal, and relational repair, and participation may evoke strong emotional responses. The Program is not appropriate for everyone, and each participant is responsible for determining whether participation is suitable for them and for seeking additional professional, medical, or therapeutic support outside the Program when needed.

Fees

Program fees, payment options, and any applicable payment plans are disclosed at the time of enrollment. Participants are responsible for paying the fees applicable to the tier they select, on the payment terms presented and accepted at checkout.

If a payment is not made when due, the Company may suspend or terminate access to the Program and may declare any remaining balance immediately due and payable. Participants who agree to a payment plan at enrollment remain responsible for all scheduled payments unless a refund is granted under the Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

The Company offers a partial money-back guarantee for both the Basic Program and the Signature Program, on the terms below.

To request a refund, a participant must email support@iditsharoni.com within three (3) days of purchase. The email should reference the Program and tier, the date of purchase, and the name and email address used for the purchase.

If a refund is approved, the Company will instruct its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and cannot expedite refunds.

A non-refundable setup fee applies to each tier in the amount disclosed at the time of enrollment. The setup fee is not refundable for any reason.

Once a refund is issued, all licenses to use the Program content end immediately. The participant must stop using all Program materials and destroy all copies in their possession, including video recordings, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, documents, slide presentations, membership areas, private groups, and other resources. Participants who receive a refund may also be excluded from future offers or benefits made available to participants and alumni.

After three (3) days from the date of purchase, all sales are final and no further money-back guarantees apply.

  • Bonuses — Any bonuses offered at the time of registration.

The Basic Program does not include Q&A email opportunities, one-on-one calls with instructors, or access to Idit's AI Mind. Those features are exclusive to the Signature Program.

Signature Program

  • Access to Program Area — A Program Area maintained by the Company that may include lessons, forms, worksheets, checklists, and other educational materials. Access is provided for a period of one (1) year.

  • Q&A Emails — Eight (8) question-and-answer email opportunities.

The Company provides a way to schedule these calls, but it is each participant's responsibility to schedule them within the Program timeframe. Calls not scheduled within the applicable period are forfeited. Cancellations or reschedules require at least forty-eight (48) hours' notice; otherwise the call is forfeited.

  • 24/7 Access to Idit's AI Mind — A proprietary AI-based educational tool trained on the Company's materials, frameworks, and knowledge base, made available individually to each Signature Program participant for twelve (12) weeks.

Idit's AI Mind is an educational support tool only. It does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice, and it does not replace live coaching, professional support, or emergency services. Responses are automated and informational and should not be relied on as personalized clinical, medical, or mental health advice. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of responses, and reserves the right to modify, update, limit, suspend, or discontinue access at any time, provided reasonable access to the core Signature Program remains intact.

  • Bonuses — Any bonuses offered at the time of registration.

Modifications to the Program

The Company may modify, update, substitute, or discontinue any aspect of the Program — including content, format, delivery method, and features — at any time, provided the overall educational purpose of the tier remains intact.

Intellectual Property

All Program content — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, forms, and software — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Each participant receives a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Program content for personal use only. Program content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, published, transmitted, used to create derivative works, sold, or otherwise exploited in whole or in part without the Company's prior written permission.

Any violation of the Company's intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of Program access without refund.

Confidentiality

The Company respects participant privacy and will not disclose information provided by participants except as set out in these Terms or the Privacy Policy. Participants are likewise expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not to share their personal information or experiences outside the Program without express written permission.

The Program is educational and does not include any form of therapy or mental health treatment, so mental health and medical confidentiality and privilege laws do not apply to participation in the Program. Instructors and coaches may nonetheless be mandatory reporters under applicable state or federal laws and may be required to report suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult to appropriate authorities.

Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for their own actions, decisions, and results. The Company makes no guarantees about outcomes, relationship repair, reconciliation, or personal success, and participants are expected to use their own judgment and due diligence before applying any suggestions, strategies, or recommendations from the Program.

Materials Submitted by Participants

The Company does not claim ownership of materials or information participants submit during the Program. By submitting, posting, uploading, or participating in Program-related activities — including audio or video calls in the Signature Program — participants grant the Company permission to use those submissions, recordings, or participation for Program delivery, training, or marketing purposes without compensation. The Company is not obligated to use any submission and may remove submissions at its discretion.

No Warranties

The Program is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to participation in the Program. A participant's sole remedy is to discontinue participation. Any liability under any theory is limited to the amount the participant paid for the tier in which they are enrolled.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and participants consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of their participation in the Program, their conduct, or their violation of these Terms.

Termination of Access

The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate a participant's access to the Program for violations of these Terms, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow Program guidelines. In those cases, no refund is issued, and any remaining payments owed under a payment plan agreed to at enrollment remain due.

Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version is the version posted on the Company's website. Continued participation in the Program after changes are posted means the updated Terms apply going forward. The binding terms for any individual enrollment are the version accepted by the participant at the time of registration.

Other

If any portion of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision is effective unless made in writing and signed by the party giving the waiver. The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, labor disputes, or technological failures.
